The Office of the Assistant Superintendent is responsible for:
- Facilitating staff recruitment, selection, and hiring
- Overseeing employee benefit programs
- Addressing staff needs and processes
- Administering personnel policies and programs
- Overseeing student attendance, discipline, and foster care point of contact
