NLSD122 partners with Quest Food Management Services, Inc. to provide high quality, nutritious box lunches. The weekly menus offer a great variety of nutritious options

Nutritional & Ingredient Information

*When you click on the link, type in New Lenox and hit enter.
*A list of schools will show up.  Click on your school and it will bring you to the meal period selection screen.
*Click on lunch and then click view menus. 
*Click on Build A Meal. 
*You can change the date at the top of the screen.When you click on the box next to each individual food item, a screen will show up on the right side of the screen with the Nutritional Summary.
*You can then click on the menu item to view the ingredient list.

Prices:

All lunches will be free for all students and children under 18 in the community for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. Please contact your school building or District Office for more information regarding how to order your free lunches.

Free and Reduced Lunch Program:

If your family is experiencing a financial hardship, we are currently accepting Free and Reduced Lunch Program applications. Direct Certification households are exempt from the application process and receive approval notification automatically.

Applications for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program are available for submission by calling the District Office at 815-485-2169, or you can download the form by clicking the button below.

You may be eligible for free summer meals at sites near your community. In order to find Summer Meal sites, please call (800) 359-2163 or text "FoodIL" to 877877.

P-EBT PROGRAM:

If you have questions regarding the P-EBT benefits and issuances, please review information at https://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=131776 , including the frequently asked questions. You may also contact the DHS toll-free P-EBT Helpline number at 1-833-621-0737.

How to update your mailing address for the P-EBT Program:

If you have already received your P-EBT Link Card, and need to update your address; contact the LINK hotline at 1-800-678-5465. If needed, you may order a new card at that time as well.

If your family has not received your P-EBT Link Card, but have been told that at least one student in your household is eligible, you may request an address change online at https://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?module=17&item=131777&surveyid=1564

If your family has an existing case for SNAP, Cash or Medical benefits, use https://abe.illinois.gov/abe/access/ to report your change of address or you may call the LINK hotline at 1-800-678-5465.
