Girls and Boys Track Season 2020
March 18th - 5th, 6th and 7th girls (3pm to 4:30pm)
March 19th - 5th, 6th and 7th boys (3pm to 4:30pm)
March 20th - 5th, 6th and 7th girls and boys (3pm to 4:30pm)
March 23rd and 24th - 8th girls and boys (3pm to 4:30pm)

Other things you can do are:
Body weights exercises - Air squats, push-ups, sit-ups, lunges.
Dynamics and strides. Try and do these exercises two to three times a week.
