About Me...
I love running, reading, road trips, the beach, camping, music, football, and being outside. I am always looking for new experiences and to try new things. I have traveled to 20 of the 50 states in the United States with the goal of visiting all 50. I live with my 2 year old daughter (Ellie) and dog (Payton) in Tinley Park.
I graduated from Western Illinois University in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a teacher certification. In 2015, I earned my Master's Degree from Loyola University in English Language Teaching and Learning. This is my 9th year teaching. Prior to this school year, I taught 6th grade science in Skokie.
I feel that STEM provides students with multiple opportunities to learn through experiences.
