I grew up in New Lenox and graduated from Lincoln-Way Central. After finishing college, I moved to the Phoenix area. I spent three years in Arizona teaching 4th grade and then came back to my hometown. This is my fifth year teaching at Spencer Crossing. I am very fortunate to work with such wonderful teachers, students, and families!
8 years total; I have taught fourth grade for seven years and fifth grade for one year.

Favorite Thing About Teaching:
Getting to know my students and seeing them grow, change, and learn throughout the year.
Outside of school, I spend a lot of time running. I am currently training for a half marathon in the fall. You can usually find me running with my dog Maya. I also enjoy organizing, traveling, reading, and watching the Cubs. I am getting married in November, so much of my time is spent wedding planning too.
