This August, I will begin my 25th year in education! I was a kindergarten teacher for 10 years and an assistant principal for 4 years. In the 2016-2017 school year, I will begin my 11th year serving as the proud Principal of Spencer Trail School .
My husband Jim and I live in Shorewood, Illinois.
We have 2 children: Ali and Jimmy
Favorite Thing About Teaching:
I love being a principal because I am inspired on a daily basis. Sometimes the inspiration comes from watching students and their love of learning. Other times, I am inspired by watching amazing educators. I am also inspired by the love parents share with their children. I am grateful to have a job that I love.
